"My idea was to represent the best artists in their own country": A conversation with Eva Presenhuber
<p>Born in Austria and based in Zurich since the late 1980s, gallerist Eva Presenhuber is one of the most influential people in contemporary art today. In addition to several locations in Zurich, the gallery now also has one in New York. This conversation, which was conducted in July 2020, aims to trace the history of the gallery and throw light on the specific historical conditions of its emergence.</p>
